Dream – “To achieve something in life, it is important to dream about it. Without a dream, without a hot desire, without a determination, you will not achieve anything. It is really exigent to have a business idea in mind. See, business is all about an idea, that will change your life. Don’t take me wrong, I am not imitating the punch line of Idea  Cellular– but it is quite, if we talk about initiating a business. A business starts with an idea, with a vision, with an imagination. Without it, you will not even be able to take a step further”, said Mr Ankit Jain, at a conference held at an MBA college in New Delhi. He was invited as one of the chief guests for the founder’s day celebration.

Work on your dream – “To achieve your business or entrepreneurial goals in life, you should work on it. ‘Only trying will make it happen’ – is a universal truth. And nothing can be accomplished without a attempting for it. Albert Einstein tried for more than a hundred times before finally revealing his invention. And today, he is one of the greatest scientists that the world remembers. Einstein worked on his dream, lets call it his idea, which changed and revolutionized the humanity. With your small idea, you too can revolutionize the whole market. And to do this, you need to work on your dream”, explained Anil Jain.

Never hesitate to take a small step. – At the founder’s day celebration of the college, Mr Ankit  Jain, also told told the MBA graduates of the college that they should not pause or shut their dream up just because they do not have sufficient resources. He advised, “it takes millions of billion drops of water to make an ocean. If there is no drop of water, what will be the existence of the ocean. Just because you do not have sufficient reserves and monetary funds, you should not let your dream fade away. You can start your business on a small scale, and as you’d apply your innovative strategies, it will grow, and soon, you’d achieve your goal.”It is really a fact that most the businesses around the world were started on small scale, but they grew and set industry many a benchmark because of their innovation and quality service.

Ankit Jain, the youngest Indian CEO, was at a local radio station, last week. He revealed a few secrets to success, which he followed in life. Ankit Jain is just 25 years old, and is at a place, which millions desire to reach, but couldn’t make it because of lack of inspiration and guidance. Mr Jain, at the radio station, offered his words of wisdom.

Below are a few valuable things that he explained during his interview at the radio station; according to him, these are the sole success mantras that helped him achieve this milestone –

Set your goals – It is essential that you should have a clear goal in your life. A person with a goal is like a break-free vehicles that will reach nowhere. Mr Jain explained, ‘I have always wanted to start an innovative business since my school days. I had a few ideas, which I used after completing my studies. You should have an aim, where you want to go in your life.’

Have a vision – ‘If you want to succeed in your life, in your goals, in your resolutions, you need to have a vision. And your vision will keep on guiding you until you reach your goal. Your positive vision and will ensure that you achieve your goal’, said Mr Jain to the radio announcer. He also explained that one should have a broad vision, and a visionary thinking to work for the nation.

Learn  as much as you can – ‘Learning is a thing that we human keep on doing throughout our lives. It is the education that helps you stand and walk in life. Even if, it is a bad phase in your life, if you have learned to cope with hard times, you will successfully come out of it. And you should take lessons from failures, and move forward’, unfolded Mr Ankit Jain. He also said, ‘Life, people we meet, and incidents, and almost everything that we come across, gives us some sort of valuable lessons.’

Work strategically to achieve your goal – And at last, explaining the most important fact, Mr Ankit Jain said, ‘You should make strategies to reach your goals. I made a couple of short term goals, along with aiming at my foremost goal; like my first goal was to educate myself and gain as much knowledge as I can. After which I aimed towards entering into the corporate business.’ It is better to take short breaks in between your way to motivate yourself.

Having strong Indian values in his heart, Mr Jain believes that a man is known by his action, and if he is involved in bad, negative, and illegal activities, he’d soon make a different identity, related to his bad deeds.

Learn from your mistakes that are the biggest teacher in your life. These are one of the greatest words of wisdom by Ankit Jain, the founder of the VibLogic.com. “Everyone makes mistakes. I, too, have made a lot of mistakes in the initial phase of my career, but I learnt and took some valuable lessons from them, and Thank God! That’s because of those valuable lessons, I reached here”, explains Mr Ankit.

Take Notes. And remember everything. It is seen that people, because of their busy work schedule, forget a lot of important things. Suggesting a way out, Mr Ankit Jain says, “One should make notes of one’s day-to-day events and to-do-tasks, and keep a daily event diary or a scheduler along. Doing this, one will never forget imports thing in life.”

Be strong, but rude. Being rude is far distant and different from being strong. “Everything is a gift of God, and you should be strong but you should never be rude over your social status”, elaborates Mr Jain.
